Debi Steinkraus
EVP, Operations
Debi Steinkraus recently rejoined the Skybridge executive team in the role of Executive Vice President, for the Customer Service division.
Debi previously worked for Skybridge Marketing Group in various roles from 1992-2005. Her extensive call center experience and expertise as VP of Operations made her a key member of the executive team that successfully grew the organization from a single location to multiple international sites, managing everything from site selection to implementation, P&L, client services and ongoing operations.
In her role as EVP, Debi is responsible for creating and implementing best practices within the Skybridge Marketing Group Customer Service division. In addition, she will provide strategic vision for the operations unit, accountability for the Operations P&L, client relationships, and serve as a functional expert in a call center leadership capacity.
Prior to her return to Skybridge Debi worked for Carlson Marketing as Director of Contact Relationship Center. Her tenure with Carlson adds vendor management, and contract negotiations to her skill set.
