Jim Filipovich
Director, Operations - US
Jim has been managing client relationships for more than 25 years. He has held Strategic Client Services Management positions within the incentive, loyalty, direct marketing and fulfillment agency environments. He has added value to clients by providing best practices and helping them grow their business. In Jim’s role with Skybridge, he continues to focus on leading the overall account teams in executing strategies to meet client and customer expectations.
Prior to joining Skybridge, Jim had nearly a 20 year tenure working with Carlson Marketing in various roles. There he learned the importance of leveraging consistent and timely delivery of services and overall account management strategies in driving key success measures to meet the client’s business objectives.
Jim earned a B.S. in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University - Mankato and has completed numerous ongoing management courses.
