Joe has not only built Skybridge into a marketing services leader, he has shepherded the progress of an entire industry. He pioneered Skybridge’s call center business from a mere idea to one of America’s most respected customer care companies, developing strategies and practices that have become universally adopted.
Now in his 39th year in the industry and 36th at Skybridge, he continues to drive growth and provide strategic direction both internally and for a dedicated roster of clients in a time of rapid marketplace evolution. Joe’s success in helping clients and employees alike anticipate change and leverage it to their advantage owes in significant part to the diversity of Joe’s professional experience and his continuous investment in knowledgeable leadership.
He holds a B.S. in business from Indiana University, pursued his M.B.A. at the University of St. Thomas, and has completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Minnesota.
Outside of the office, you can almost always find Joe on the golf course perfecting his swing and teaching his first grandson the fundamentals of the game. He also delights in giving back to the community in ways that enable others to connect to their futures.

Joe was raised in Martinsville, Indiana, home of "the Wizard of Westwood," John Wooden, one of the most renowned basketball coaches in college history. It was there that Coach Wooden taught Joe how to execute a jump shot. |
